DELIVERY STANDARD / NOT A CUSTOMER CASE STUDY

Useful work should
show its working.

Before we build, the input, finish line and review rules become explicit.

This page describes our working standard. It does not claim a completed customer project, guaranteed saving or independent certification.

01 · Define

Before access

What we agree

The records involved, the people who may access them, the result required and the conditions that make it usable.

What remains visible

Missing fields, uncertain rules, access constraints and decisions that still belong to your team.

02 · Test

Bounded pilot

What we check

Representative records, expected outputs, alert conditions, failure cases and the time your team needs to review the result.

What we do not assume

A working demo is not deployment. Technical completion is not acceptance. A listed budget is not a payment.

03 · Hand over

Inspectable result

What you receive

The agreed output, visible exceptions, a short operating guide and a record of the checks completed.

What happens next

We repeat or expand only if the result removes more work than it creates in review and correction.

One task is enough to start.

Bring the recurring work, the result you need and the current way your team handles it. We will tell you whether a bounded pilot makes sense.
